[For Agent Use OnlyIf none of the steps below resolve the issue, check the proxygvfsd command line in the start menu for remote staff it should read: proxychains /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfsd -r]

Open your file browser and take these steps:
See Fig. 1

  • Choose 'File' from the top left
  • Choose 'Connect to Server' from the dropdown menu
  • Server: acro.pedsone.com ('acro' is the practice acronym. For example, East Bay Pediatrics is EBP so you would type in ebp.pedsone.com)
  • Make sure the ‘type’ is Windows share (it should default to this)
  • Share: pedsone
  • Folder: leave the /
  • Domain Name: WORKGROUP
  • Enter username and pw that is used to access Partner/EHR
  • Check the ‘remember this password’ box
  • ‘connect’
  • Right click on the network shortcut on the left menu and choose ‘add bookmark’
  • Right click on it again and rename it to the practice acro, i.e. EPPA Scan File
