1. UNINSTALL any Google apps that you might sign into PedsOne with. Also, if the Google Device Policy app is there, it needs to be removed.

Google apps include:

  • Gmai

  • Calendar

  • Chat

  • Docs

  • Drive

  • Meet

  • Sheets

  • Tasks

  • Slides

You only have to do this for the apps you *want* with the split account configuration.

2. Next, on your approved device:

  • open Settings

  • General

  • VPN & Device Management

  • Sign in to Work or School Account

**Note: Signing out of the Device Management section in your settings will delete the Google Device Policy app automatically.

  • you will be guided you through a several step login process
  • It will ask you to sign into iCloud
  • Once it opens the iCloud screen, it will automatically switch over to Apple Business Manager
  • Here, enter your PedsOne Google Suite credentials

  • Allow Remote Management
  • "Configuring iPhone" this may take some time.
  • Choose DON’T RESTORE

  • Follow along carefully - it may request that you enter your Google Password about 3 to 4 times, and Two Factor Auth.

**If you have upgraded your phone/device, upgrades, click ‘try another way’ if the 2FA wants to go to your old phone.

When complete, you will eventually see the Google Device Policy app start installing on your phone. This may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.

Please do not install any Google apps. Once the Google Device Policy App is installed, you will open the app and install the Google apps from there.

**NOTE: you may NOT see the device installing. It may do so in the background without you noticing!

When this is installed, Open it. It may have you log in one more time.

Around this time it will tell you in the Device Policy App that your device is pending approval.

Submit a ticket to support@pedsone.com get the device approved.

Possibly after closing and reopening the Device Policy App, you can see that your phone is now "Synced", or can push another sync to double check.

You can now freely re-install any of the Apps listed under the Apps section of the Device Policy App.

These are all of the apps you may have removed earlier

Your PedsOne account will be the default as you open each of these apps again, and you can choose to add your personal account back.
