Open the Vault app. Not the Admin app, but you will need to log in using your admin credentials to access the vault
- Choose 'matters'
- Click 'Former Users' (click the word, not the checkbox)
- Choose a service from the dropdown to search. i.e. gmail, chat, drive, etc.
- Source field: leave 'all data' selected
- Entitiy field: leave 'specific accounts' selected
- Enter the email address of the account you want to search
- You can narrow your search by filling in the optional fields as necessary
- click the blue 'search' button
You can view all emails, and you can export the data also.
Click 'export' and fill in the fields accordingly
