Cannot Print Anything At All
1. Restart your printer - turn it off and back on, and/or turn off and unplug it then plug back in and wait for it to cycle through it's steps, then try sending another print job. (One page to test).
If that doesn't work...
2. Reboot workstation.
If that doesn't work...
3. Reboot mikrotik:
- unplug personal router (your home internet box)
- then unplug mikrotik (the little white box everything is plugged in to)
- wait ten secs
- plug in personal router and wait for it to load
- check your cell phone to watch for the wifi to come back online
- once it's back up, plug mikrotik back in
If that doesn't work...
4. Check the Ethernet setting:
- on the printer console, press the menu button to access network settings
- select 'Wired LAN' or 'ethernet' (could be either depending on model)
- make sure that setting is turned on - you may have an 'on' button or an 'enable' button
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this email and we will escalate the ticket for further troubleshooting and resolution
Cannot Print from EHR or Partner
This issue requires escalation to our Vendors.
Please provide the following information:
1. What 'program' are you trying to print from?
In Partner:
- persview
- oops
- HCFA
- etc....
In the EHR:
- mednotes
- documents, such as insurance cards
- other
2. Client acronym
3. When it stopped working and/or when it last worked
4. Your printer number
i.e. if your printer is PedsOneRemote27, or RemoteAgent27, just tell me 27.
5. Any other pertinent information. i.e. you had a power or internet outage, and you haven't been able to print since.
Cannot Print from Google or Local Files:

Error Messages:
Print Unable 2E:
- Turn off the printer and your wireless router, wait a minute, then turn them back on to resolve potential communication issues.
- Inspect the paper path for any jams or obstructions that might be interfering with the sensors.
- Verify your printer's wireless connection settings and re-establish the connection to your network.
- To check the ethernet setting, on the printer console, press the menu button to access network settings
- select 'Wired LAN' or 'ethernet" (could be either or, depending on the model)
- make sure that setting is turned on (you may have an 'on' button, or an 'enable' button depending on the model)
