Cannot Print Anything At All

1. Restart your printer - turn it off and back on, and/or turn off and unplug it then plug back in and wait for it to cycle through it's steps, then try sending another print job. (One page to test).

                        If that doesn't work...

2. Reboot workstation.

                        If that doesn't work...

3. Reboot mikrotik:

  • unplug personal router (your home internet box)
  • then unplug mikrotik (the little white box everything is plugged in to)
  • wait ten secs
  • plug in personal router and wait for it to load
  • check your cell phone to watch for the wifi to come back online
  • once it's back up, plug mikrotik back in

                        If that doesn't work...

4. Check the Ethernet setting:

  • on the printer console, press the menu button to access network settings
  • select 'Wired LAN' or 'ethernet' (could be either depending on model)
  • make sure that setting is turned on - you may have an 'on' button or an 'enable' button
