Printing Blank Pages When Trying To Print From a Website

Here are some steps to try:

1. Print to pdf. When you get to the screen where you choose the printer, choose the 'print to pdf' option. Once it's saved, print the pdf.

2. Use the system dialog: In Chrome, click "print from System Dialog" (the blue link) to bypass Chrome's built in print function.

3. Clear your browser Cache.

If none of these solutions work, please check the printer itself. Can you print from a local file? If not, please notify the helpdesk. This may require an escalation.
