Remote Connections - TST	Client ACRO When it stopped working or when it worked last When and how best to get back in contact with the requester
Printing - TST	Client ACRO When it stopped working/when it last worked names and/or numbers of printers affected
HCFA Printing - TST	Client ACRO When it stopped working/when it last worked names and/or numbers of printers affected
