  • WHY the data is needed (the goal, what is the client/PedsOne trying to solve or prove) 
  • Any deadline/urgency
  • Who to send the data to (especially who shuld be included from the client/practice) 
Remote Connections - TST

  • When it stopped working or when it worked last
  • When and how best to get back in contact with the requester
Printing - TST

  • names and/or numbers of printers affected
