Troubleshooting the Switchboard

Clear the Cache in Chrome

Step-by-step guide (Desktop)

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click the three dots (More menu) in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Delete browsing data
  4. Choose All Time
  5. Check the following boxes if they are not already checked:
    1. Browsing History
    2. Cookies and other site data
    3. Cached images and files
    4. Download history
  6. Click delete data

Restart Chrome and try logging into the switchboard again


If this did not resolve the issue, try opening the switchboard in an incognito window


Let the helpdesk know the outcome and they will escalate accordingly
