Deleting Multiple Voicemails Using the Switchboard

Done from the staff account, not the Admin account

Log into your Switchvox account

• In the switchboard, click on your account picture at the top right
• Choose Switchvox Home from the dropdown
• Click Voicemail/Fax from the top ribbon
• Click 'Mailbox'
• Select the messages you want to delete, or click the green circle with the arrow in it to select all messages
• Click the red X to delete

NOTE: When you click the green circle to select all messages, it only selects ONE PAGE at a time. Each page holds 15 voicemails. If you have several voicemails, you will have to delete them a page at a time.
