Please try all steps listed below:
1. Have you changed the batteries?
2. Have you tried cleaning the sensor?
3. Try moving the USB dongle to the front of your computer if it isn't already plugged in there.
4. Try resetting the mouse.
If none of the above steps solved your misbehaving mouse issue, please add a mouse to the Office Supplies Spreadsheet and one will be ordered for you.
