If you've already checked:
- The power cord is plugged into the back of the monitor snugly
- The power cord is plugged into the power strip snugly
- The HDMI cable is plugged into both the monitor and the workstation snugly
Try:
- Open the monitor's settings
- picture
- presets
- cycle through the options until the flikering stops

What didn't work:
- Different HDMI cables
- Different HDMI ports
- Different USBC-HDMI plugs to my Macbook
Solution:
- I went into the monitor's Settings>Picture>Presets
- I cycled through the options until the flickering stopped.
- Currently using "Movie" with no issue; some made it worse.
